Reignite. Taking time…your time. Often as women, we give to others, but not to ourselves. We are nurturers, but do not do the same for ourselves. You will have the opportunity to have some time to think your own thoughts—to go inside—to recognize ways to refuel…
Rejuvenate. What would it be like if you learned practices of slowing yourself down? What would time of pausing in the chaos of daily living look like? Would learning and practicing slowing down be a benefit to the fabric of your life and a benefit those around you? Learn how to rejuvenate through the practice of meditation.
Our presenter will be Rev. Godwin Raj, an ordained minister, board certified chaplain and mental health counselor with years of experience in teaching the art and healing power of meditation.
Reinvent. A mantra for your own life. Do you have one? How would you describe the relationship you have with yourself? This session will assist in affirmation of your own life, your worthiness, and your ability to welcome change to create the life you want to live.
Our presenter will be Lisa Patterson, a nationally certified and state licensed massage therapist and retreat owner, who brings a welcoming spirit to a variety of healing modalities, arts and philosophies and will guide us as we transform our thinking in this lifelong journey.
